No.2 “French Melon” has a bright orangy-pink color, but isn’t as bright on the lips. It rather adds a sheer pink pigment to your pout. You could also use it on your cheeks to add some color. The balm smells exactly like grapefruit oil and is very moisturizing. It also protects your lips from environmental damage, keeping them plump and smooth.

What got me to want to try it was the unique minimalist packaging. The “smushed” oval shape of the tube gives it a fun new look and is probably the reason this balm stands out among the rest when it comes to the first impression. A fun and effective beauty item to keep in your purse!

I have to set one fact straight: I’m a hopeless lip balm addict! Now, you don’t need a whole collection of every possible lip moisturizing product there is out there, but everyone should keep one option available wherever they go. Last thing you want is people starring at your dry lip flakes as you speak, or feel it as you kiss. Not attractive at all! Our lips skin is thinner than any other skin on our body. Thus, you need extra protection to keep it healthy. So, how DO we keep our lips soft and smooth?

1. Use a lip balm with at least SPF 15 to protect your lips from the sun damage. There are so many delicious options available for you, try not to lick it off! My all time favorites are Tony Moly Peach Lip Balm, EOS, and Rosebud Strawberry Lip Balm. Light, moisturizing and smell delicious!
