Make it a point to find some time at least once a week to have a relaxing SPA session at home. Your body will thank you afterwards. The stress of work, school, social life and daily struggles can feel overwhelming, but all it takes sometimes is some unwinding to clear your mind and look at everything from a fresh perspective. I’m not much of a shower person, I much rather relax in a hot HOT bath every day. Laying in a bath lets my muscles relax and my worries drift away for a minute.
